The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to many tourist attractions and shopping centers. the staff members were friendly and greeted us with a smile. the room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the option to order room service.
The hotel needs renovation and upgrades. the carpet was old and stained, and the shower was broken.

This hotel is located near a lively coffee shop and it's easy to find public transport around here. the rooms are well equipped with a TV and air conditioning. the bathroom has a shower and all the necessary toiletries for your convenience. Breakfast is decent with a variety of choices.

The Kapuas Palace Hotel in Pontianak is a hidden gem with unique architecture and a charming, nostalgic atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, despite limited English skills. The restaurant and lobby transport you to the 80s, creating a memorable experience. The food and breakfast are excellent, and they even allowed a late check-out without additional charges.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to many restaurants and shops in the area. The room was also quite spacious and had a comfortable bed to sleep on. Plus, the daily breakfast served in the hotel was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
My overall experience at the hotel was not pleasant. The room had a strong smell of smoke which made it difficult to relax in.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, excellent facilities, convenient parking, and transportation options. It's located near some great coffee shops and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was also top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
